You can return your items within 14 days from delivery. Return is always FREE of charge!
You can return your orders within 14 days from the day you received the parcel. All the labels and packages can‘t be damaged and removed. Swimwear can be returned if hygiene seals has not been removed or damaged. Only underwear cannot be returned.
These are the methods of return:
• to stores*. It is the easiest way to return as you do not need to fill in any documents, you just need to bring items you want to return to the store and show order QR code.
*If you paid for the goods during the delivery of the order, by your e-mail you will receive an email in the mail with a link to the return form where you can enter the bank account to which the money for the goods will be refunded.
• via pick-up terminal. If you have SOULZ account, just go to the order and click "Return" button to complete the refund form(if you paid for the goods at the time of delivery of the order, you must indicate on the return form the bank account to which the money for the goods must be returned). If you are not a registered user, you will find the return link in the "Your order has been dispatched" letter. You will soon receive an SMS with a shipment code and the selected pick-up terminal, to which the goods have to be delivered. Items must be packed in one box and properly sealed. The parcel sticker will be printed by the pick-up terminal.
• via courier. If you have SOULZ account, just go to the order and click "Return" button to complete the return form(if you paid for the goods at the time of delivery of the order, you must indicate on the return form the bank account to which the money for the goods must be returned). If you are not a registered user, you will find the return link in the "Your order has been dispatched" letter. Once you successfully filled out the return form the courier will contact you in 1-2 working days, to arrange a pick-up time. Items must be packed in one box and neatly sealed. The parcel sticker will be delivered by the courier.

Cancellation and return of the purchase with a gift card:
In case of cancellation and return of the order, the money will be returned to the same gift card you paid for when ordering, so when purchasing goods with a gift card, please keep it until you are sure that the goods are suitable for you.
